We at Functional Athletics focus on a high quality individual mentoring in the area of performance, movement and health.

You won't find short-term weight loss or fitness programs with us. Our scientific foundation and practical work with a wide variety of client groups enables us to provide optimal support for your goals.

Through individual support, we adapt your training to your current life circumstances, training possibilities and goals, without imposing anything on you. You make the decisions based on our recommendations and we support you in implementing them.

Our great passion for sports and science drives us (the Streitenbürger brothers) to get better every day and to deepen our knowledge even more.

In addition to the basic training in sports science (including a master's degree in sports science with a specialization in elite sports at the EHSM Magglingen), we continue to educate ourselves in various areas (training theory, nutrition, psychology).

We bring a wealth of years of experience regarding work with the most diverse groups of people. From the absolute top athlete to the rehabilitation of the elderly.

With this know-how in our backpack we can support you optimally in a wide range of topics.

Reason 2: Online accompaniment

Routine is the most important thing

Without routine-no success, because the best training, the best diet, the best sleep, etc. has no effect if it is not implemented consistently and sustainably.

Therefore, we work in parallel to the 1:1 personal training on site with the online app Truecoach (see video). So you always have your "Homework" (training, nutrition, meditation, etc.) in your pocket.

So we train hybrid - because it is important to us that you also work on your routine for yourself, in addition to the 1:1 training. This is the only way to guarantee success (the establishment of your personal routine).

Our top location in the heart of Zurich-Oerlikon and only 5 minutes from the Oerlikon train station allows you to arrive comfortably by public transport.
